➡️Who says you need to choose between strength & mobility… DO BOTH! ▫️Dancers, …flexibility without strength is just range you haven’t learned to control yet! ▫️Without strength your growth & technique will stall. ▫️It’s so important to balance both your strength & mobilization. 🔥This is why I’m constantly pairing mobility + strength in your cross-training. 🔥We don’t just want to get the leg higher …we want you strong enough to lift it, hold it, control it + move through that full range!!! Think: ⚡️ stronger extensions ⚡️ more controlled transitions ⚡️ active flexibility ⚡️ stronger hips + legs ⚡️ mobility you can actually USE in your dancing Your goal isn’t just more range. ✅ Try this lunge Tap & rotation sequence to do just that!! ✅ This will make the kegs burn & the hips open! ✅ READY FOR BALLEX? 🩰Take all our Crosstraining right from home/ studio/ dorm room/ offfice! 💥 600 classes 💥Ready for you NOW! 💥7 day FREE TRIAL ▫️Serious Crosstraining for the serious dancer #ballex #ballet #crosstrainingfordancers #dance #legday

✅ Find a friend… who makes you STRONGER. 💥Because cross-training hits different when someone beside you is working just as hard!! 🔝This combo may look smooth, but there’s A LOT happening 👇 ⚡️ Push into the block + extend —: that block pressure creates tension through the upper body and core while your standing leg has to stabilize and your working leg reaches LONG. ⚡️ Smooth transition into the leaning oblique pike: here your asking the obliques to control the shift, stabilize the torso AND pull you into the pike without using momentum. 🩰For dancers, this is exactly the kind of strength we want!! 🔥stability + opposition + coordination + control 🔥honestly this type of core work is a full body workout! 🔥So important for your dancing! 📣 TIPS/ POSTURE: Don’t just hold the block/ PUSH into it!!!! That pressure is part of the exercise! - Also! Do the block leg pushing up towards your head to counter!! -Keep the ribs connected, standing leg active and make the transition just as controlled as the positions. 🥰And yes… everything is more fun when your training partner is suffering right beside you🔥 ▫️Grab a friend & take class! ▫️7 day FREE TRIAL ▫️Time to get serious about your health & dancing! #ballex #crosstrainingfordancers #core #pilates #friends
