Parting is such sweet sorrow, as Tonight will be my last shift behind the stick at @causwells .

As this chapter of my life closes I look back on the 4.5 years with 0 regret and a lot of great memories. Starting here right after college, working the window through the pandemic and running the bar program has been the craziest and most rewarding ride and I’m thankful for every minute.

Thank you to the staff that has come and gone in the past 4.5 years, thank you to my wonderful regulars and guests who kept us going through a global pandemic and thank you to ownership that gave a young 22 year old a chance. I’m especially thankful for the past year to have learned from @elmer.mejicanos , you really changed my whole perspective on every single aspect of the craft, I’m forever grateful.

I’m excited for this next chapter and happy to say I won’t be completely gone from the CW family as I’ll still be working to create our seasonal menus, just from a state away this time🤍🤍🤍

Cheers to everyone that has passed through our door, thank you for this incredible time in my life. Next stop … Las Vegas!!!
