POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We wrapped up an awesome weekend with a post-homecoming “up and back” to the Traverse City area to compete in the TCJGA’s Crowning at The Club event at the Kingsley Club. A spectacular design on perhaps the most beautiful setting in the Midwest. Add in the fall colors and this group was all smiles - even the chauffeur!

We are very grateful to Coaches Todd Hursey, Steve Burk, Steve Derr, Mark Posey and the entire TCJGA staff for including this group of players in a wonderful day. The amount of energy they give to junior golf development in Northern Michigan is nothing short of incredible.

Enjoyable weekend at the GAM Junior Invitational at MSU - Forest Akers West.

Proud of these guys - hard work, patience and acceptance. Always a blast to be a spectator in the trees and watch the growth that has occurred each year by so many junior players we have grown to love.

Aidan has been working through some swing changes and trying hard to stay patient. Gutted it out to 75-77 without his best stuff. Heading in the right direction.

Colton was back in action for the first time since July after foot surgery and some rehab. A long patient road for a 14 year old. 79 yesterday in his maiden voyage this fall, and 73 today to wrap it up.

Eternally grateful to the @officialgam1919 staff and volunteers for their hard work and dedication to running so many great events each season. They deserve a break!

Had a great day supporting the @svsugolf programs, and played some great golf too. ‘27 recruits played awesome….dads are no slouches! Enjoyed the day Kulka Family!

Most impressive was the sense of community and camaraderie within this group of student athletes, coaches, alumni and supporters. It was great to meet some new players and their families. Fun to see a bit of campus when the move-in was under way also. Have a great season Cards!

Full team effort this Mother’s Day weekend to get Colton to the @the.junior.golf.showcase by Drip Golf at EMU’s @eaglecrestgolfclubemu. Played some nice golf, improved from 79-77 in round two, and passed the integrity test with flying colors after he caused his ball to move at address. A great experience with some great players from around the US. A huge thank you @jason_p_helle for coordinating this effort and hosting a great event. Added bonus….Colton got to chop it up with Super Bowl Champ “Big” Ben Roethlisberger and son Benjamin, who are a couple of very nice guys and golf enthusiasts. Thanks for the opportunity!
