Nine point Saturday 🔥

The perfect bounce back, with 20 players unavailable, everyone dug deep and showed out with some great performances across the 3 games
Shout out to our 18s who provided 7 players yesterday, providing 3 goals between them ⭐️

Also a sneaky goal of the season contender from @caylebmurray to win the game late in First Grade 💣

As we close in on the final weekend of the Autumn season, this update preempts the crowning of our inaugural season winner. 🏆 A fair few Joker rounds have been activated and fizzled into nothing, the lads hopeless in attempting to beat @aidan_bastick ‘s 44. Shout out to @jodduahread for his first ever sub 90 round (89), for a cool 43 points. One week to go, can @tion_gerasimou make up the 7 points needed to steal the hat on the final weekend?

The leaderboard is heating up, half of the field have used their joker rounds as it comes down to the wire for the last 5 weeks of action. Who is best positioned to snatch the lead? Or will @aidan_bastick hold on?

@cameronwilkinson_ returns to the course for a dismal 22. However, he seemed in good spirits as he tried to walk in every putt.

@jaimac_ played his joker mid week and almost as if karma got him, played terribly. This will teach him not to play while the other lads are at work.

@ben_grady runs up the leader board with some solid scores, turns out all he needs is a bit of positivity.

@andrewinkpen_ left the course after 9 holes which caused the course to update their policy on dummy spits. The former hat wearer feeling the pressure in 2nd place.

@matt_roper11 , @haydn__h and @tion_gerasimou all look best placed at the minute to catch the leaders, with a lot of pressure riding on the joker rounds. Who’s the best positioned for you?

This week saw 12 of the 14 lads tee off for one or more rounds of the Kooindah League Cup!

On Saturday, @aidan_bastick confidently stepped up to the first tee electing his Joker Round. He then confidently piped his tee shot into the trees, before finishing the round with a cool 44 points and career best 89. Shout out also to @camcaff with a career best 89 on the same day!

After seeing Bastick take his Joker, @andrewinkpen_ elected to do the same, hoping and succeeding to retain the leaders hat. The leaders hat which it seems he wore on the first tee and then removed… point deduction pending. 🤔 Nevertheless a 70 point joker round is very respectable.

Shout out to @jaimac_ who made the most out of preferred lie through the green, with an expertly placed tree ball.

And a final shout out to @haydn__h , as @cameronwilkinson_ pointed out: Singles at the K hole is a serious life achievement!

Happy Golfing! 🏌️‍♂️
