From rehabbing Connor’s quad contusion junior year of high school, to him introducing me to his brothers for training, to now watching him head into his senior year at Davis.

It’s really about enjoying the process with the fam. ❤️

4 months with Crew Crew 💗

This month, you started sleeping in your crib in your own room, learned to self-soothe, discovered you can put your hands together, and are getting so close to rolling! 🥹

You are so social with your Athletes Club aunties and uncles, always taking everything in with those big, curious eyes. You amaze us more every day, baby. We love watching you grow and learn. We love you so much, Cruzy! 💗

Training with purpose means knowing when to push and when to recover ⚖️

Mobility, tissue capacity, and quality movement all play a role in long-term performance. Ankle and hip focused rehab & recovery 🔋

Strong is good. Fast is different 🏎️

Strength gives you the capacity to produce force.
Power is being able to express that force quickly.
Our goal is to build athletes who are strong and explosive.📈

Had the opportunity to travel to beautiful Moscow, Idaho, to train with three players from @vandalhoops.

I was impressed by both the amazing campus and basketball facilities, as well as the work ethic and energy these guys brought. Looking forward to watching Idaho Men’s Basketball compete in the Big Sky Conference this season.

Shout out to all the strong hoopers I have had the honor to work with 💪🏻😏

Also showing the world that playing D1 college basketball is a tough physical sport, and isn’t for the weak
