We all have our share of tides 🌊that rock our boat 🚤 . Everyone’s life journeys & experiences are different & there can never be a comparison. Even an experience like celebrating Today; Father’s Day may mean differently for each. So feel free to celebrate it in your own way.

Happy Fathers Day to everyone who feels so! 👨‍👧

For others: Today’s day can feel heavy for many in several ways. If it gets overwhelming 😢in any way make sure you:
➡️ Take a note of how you are feeling 🧘🏻‍♂️& stay with it rather than running away.
➡️ Cut off ❌from social media for a while if all the posts are making you feel uneasy.
➡️ Try spending your day doing something you like 🤽🏻‍♀️in order to release pressure off the day.
➡️ Try speaking 🗣 to someone if it helps you feel better.
➡️ Try journaling ✍🏻your thoughts in a diary. Sometimes you have had too many things to say or hear that haven’t given you your closure & may be hurtful. Writing them down may make you feel lighter.
➡️ And lastly, if you feel you want to then just cry 😭 it out for a while. That helps too!
