Hello everyone 🙋🏼‍♀️

A little introduction...

I'm Kaylee, a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor. I hold a Merrithew @merrithew STOTT PILATES @stottpilatesacademy certification in both
Matwork and Reformer. My love for movement began at age six through Royal Academy of Dance @royalacademyofdance @rad_africa
ballet, AIDT @aidtdance modern and contemporary dance training. I was first introduced to Pilates in 2005 by my ballet teacher. This early exposure shaped my teaching style; my classes blend technique,
alignment and control with an encouraging and challenge-driven approach. I have interests in injury
prevention and rehabilitation, dance and athletic conditioning as well as special populations. I
believe Pilates is for everyone, offering long-term improvements in posture, balance and strength
while emphasising longevity and quality of life through mindful, intentional exercise.
