Dear softball, I have been playing you since I was four. You have taught me how to fail, succeed, cry, get mad, have fun, make friends, and so much more. I never thought the day would come where I had to say goodbye. I thank God every day for keeping you in my life as long as possible. You gave me the people I will cherish forever. It was Championship Saturday at the MVC Softball Tournament as @belmontsoftball 🧸❤️💙 tangled with @racerssoftball 🐎💛💙 (who had to win twice)🥎🥎 I was dressed and ready to support🎉🎉🎉 as it was scoreless in the top of the 4th when the Racers hit a home run🎇 but then Belmont scored six in their half 🎆🎆🎆🎆🎆🎆and went on to win 8-1 to win the 🏆 and the NCAA Tournament berth💃🥎💃🥎

Next up on Day 3 of the MVC Softball Tournament was an elimination game between @redbirdsoftball and @siu_softball where the winner would play Murray State next 🥎🥎 I dropped in during the 4th inning as I visited Yummy Buffet 😋🥡🥟🥠🍤🍣😋 which was the non-softball highlight of my trip🥳🥳 Anyway, the game was scoreless as it went to the 8th inning but SIU pushed a run across to win 1-0💥💥 and 45 minutes later take on @racerssoftball 🐎💛💙 The Racers put up 3 runs in the top of the 1st and carried on to a 6-1 glorious triumph that sent them to the championship on Saturday🎆🎆
