A v v good friend of mine once asked me to make a tux for a chicken for his short film, and i said yes!

Although it was ages ago, I think abt this project a lot bc i've never been asked anything more absurd/complex than this in my entire life. It's actually the barometer i use to gauge how difficult any creative task that has come my way ever since.

It was incredibly complex bc a) it wasn't something u could find a youtube tutorial on b) i can't actually measure this chicken bc he was so fierce c) it's an actual chicken so its got feathers! ---- as i constructed the tux the eureka moment was to put elastic bands in the back of the sleeves so it could go over his wings and not hurt it / restrict its movement.

To my surprise it actually fit the chicken beautifully that day. He did not fight when we put it on bc i think he felt rly handsome that day.
