What a difference a few chapters can make ✨

Years ago, I was Aimee Leone’s intern at NBC Sports, working with her and Dick Ebersol’s executive team, learning so much and trying to figure out where this career might take me.

All these years later, I had Aimee (now FOX Sports SVP of Talent Relations and co-author of @toughasamother_book alongside ESPN play-by-play announcer Jenn Hildreth) on The Paige Kornblue Show. Their Tough as a Mother book is a motherhood must-have!

As we were wrapping up our conversation, Aimee stopped to say a few words about my career, this show and my life as a mom.

Careers and motherhood rarely follow a straight line. There’s a whole lot of life between where we start, where we end up and where we’re going… and sometimes someone who knew you way back when reminds you just how far you’ve come... 🥹

And maybe we all need that reminder once in a while. Through all the ups and downs and hurdles life throws our way, you’re doing better than you think. Keep going 👊🏼

You can love your career AND feel guilty about the time it takes away.

So many of us are wired to say:
