No woman ever steps in the same river twice, for it’s not the same river and she’s not the same woman. -Heraclitus

All of our seasons are different as we evolve. Meet my friend Aimee. We first met years ago (in what seems like another life). We connected and honestly couldn’t believe we hadn’t crossed paths earlier being the true townie girls we are.

We’ve both had lots of seasons since our first. A couple weeks ago Aimee said she was ready to feel better. You know I’m here for it!❤️

Check out what @aimeet47 has to say below about her first week on plan…if it’s time for a new river, a new season….reach out.

“The Me on the left was bloated and exhausted. I could not sleep and everything hurt, every single joint on my body hurt all the time. I chalked it up to my autoimmune disorder-never giving any thought to it some how being linked to what I was eating. I could not get through the day without taking a nap and I was still tired. I had headaches every day, went to sleep with them and woke up with them. I was hot all the time, would break out into a sweat, thought that was menopause. And I was depressed, super depressed…I reached out to my coach and started something that has changed everything.

All of what I was feeling has either lessened or gone away. I feel completely different. My energy level is increased. The pile of clean clothes that had been piled on a chair in my room for months are put away. Meal prep is my friend. I am getting up without coffee ( 5 days ) so far and no one has died. I am optimistic about finally being able to get healthy and lose this weight. I am literally on a natural high. My headaches are down to one mid afternoon, I don’t take Motrin like candy. My bras aren’t tight 🤪 they were stretched to the limit.

If you find yourself relating to any of how I was feeling and are ready for better I would love for you to join me on this journey. We can do this. Just reach out❤️”

Great session with Colton today! It was so nice to have a senior guy. And his outfit fit just perfectly for W&M!
