This weekend we celebrated my sister and my nephew Max, coming this October! I'm so glad that my sister reached out to me and asked me to give her her shower. I was honored to be asked and to get to be the one to do it. She got so many cute things. Baby Max is already loved BIG! 🩵🫶

We spent a weekend in Springfield Missouri with family and friends to celebrate Aimee’s gift of motherhood. Every moment of still and waiting makes this pregnancy so much sweeter. Max, you were so wanted and we’re all anxious to know you. No one is more ready than your mother, your home now and always. ❤️

A shadow root is 🔑 to creating a low maintenance blonde.

She’s a natural brunette, so the shadow root is used to soften her base so that as it grows out, she won’t have a harsh line of regrowth.

From brunette to blonde in 3 sessions!

Swipe 👉 to see our progress over the last few months. The last picture is where we started.

We started this journey in May of this year. She’s been coming in every 4 weeks for 3 hours each time. She started out with grown out brunette color on her ends so the first step was to lift and do some corrective toning.

The next two sessions the goal was to go as light as possible while maintaining the integrity of her hair. Nailed it! 💪
She’s officially a blonde babe. 😍

What do you think? Would you have the patience to endure the blonde journey? Tell me in the comments!

And the blonde journey begins! 🎉

First step, even out the canvas and blend out the line of demarcation from previous color. ✅

She’s coming back in 4 weeks for her next blonding session 🙌
