Halftime 🇺🇸
Five months ago I arrived in the US and started my exchange year — and now I’m already here. This has been the best time of my life so far, with the best people, the best memories, and so many unforgettable moments.
Thank you for everything 🤍 I can’t wait to experience so much more, even though I already don’t know how I’ll ever say goodbye to all of you 😭🫰

The results are showing. 💥
Our in-school fall performance programs are paying off — faster sprints, cleaner movement, stronger athletes across the board. When the work is consistent, the progress is undeniable.

Proud of our student-athletes for showing up, competing, and setting the standard this semester. Keep building
