For those of you who don’t know my story (due to IG constantly shutting down my page) the picture on the left is the previous version of myself at 400lbs and on the right is what I’m looking like these days-a total loss of 200lbs!!! Life was definitely hard back then. There were times that I felt like I was dying and there were times that I wished it would just happen already-I was super depressed. At the time I was working as a shift supervisor at an adolescent treatment facility working on my degree and if you work in that field you know it can be exhausting. An injury mixed w/eating treatment center and fast food daily…my weight ballooned quickly and before I knew it I was in the hospital with multiple health issues. It was at that point that I decided to make changes that would ultimately save my life and I am definitely GRATEFUL that I am still here 10 years later. This journey was one of the HARDEST things that I have ever been through in life (and I’ve been through some hard times) filled with a lot of blood, sweat, and tears. I didn’t do this just for myself though…the purpose was to show the kids in that program (some with no hope or family to go home to) that they can do ANYTHING that they put their minds to. They still follow “Big Bro” to this day on here and are one of the main reasons why I am out here chasing AND reaching some of my dreams. As hard and as painful as this journey was, I am thankful for the opportunity that it has brought me here from being an influencer to a brand ambassador to now boxing on various platforms, as well as meeting some of the GREATEST people in life. To ALL of the people who have followed me and my story, and all of the people that send me messages about my journey giving them hope and motivation…just know that motivation works both ways and I can’t ever thank you enough for what you give me in return. If there is one thing that I have consistently shown you here is that DREAMS DO COME TRUE-you just have to believe it AND believe in yourself. Much love and respect!!! 💪🏼😎💨💨💨🍪💯💯 #motivationalmonday #weightloss #weightlossjourney #brandambassador #influencer 📸: @ryansickfit -my trainer/motivator

HAPPY BELATED NEW YEAR BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE🎉. To another prosperous year. This last year for me was about creating in different forms. I’ve had to grow in my lyrics as well as the spirit. God presented me with many obstacles and I was able to conquer. I am only human and make mistakes but I’ve learned the power of the tongue is as sharp as a sword. With that being said I will be going through my catalogue and releasing music as I go. Understand the music is for me not only for you. I want to release the best of what I have so you can understand there is a method to the madness. With that being said I’ve had great experiences throughout the year with many of our @rottenheartedrecords artists. Much love to you guys putting in work there truly is strength in numbers and community is what we represent.🏆 Let’s lock in this year with new ventures and pure intentions 🙏🏽
