JACKSONVILLE WAVES YEAR ONE. 📖🌊

A year of firsts. A year of memories. A year we will never forget.

Our first season. Our first team. Our first chance to build something from the ground up—and somehow, together, we built something so much bigger than basketball.

🏆 1st Regular Season Championship
🏆 Most Wins in the League
🏆 League MVP
🏆 2 All-League Players
🏆 6th Man of the Year
🏆 1 WNBA Call-Up
…and more memories than we could ever count.

But the numbers only tell part of the story.

We built a culture. We built a family. We showed up for each other, for Jacksonville, and for something bigger than ourselves. We left our legacy both on AND off the floor, and that is what I will be most proud of.

To my PLAYERS—thank you for believing. Thank you for trusting. Thank you for giving everything you had to this team, this city, and each other. You will forever be the ones who started this!

To our staff and everyone behind the scenes—thank you for pouring your hearts into this every single day.

To the league—thank you for believing in this vision and giving us the opportunity to build something special.

To the city of Jacksonville—thank you for welcoming us, believing in us, and allowing us to become a part of your community.

And to the FANS… the best fans in the league!

You made this feel like home. You showed up. You believed. You made every moment louder, every win sweeter, and every memory bigger.

Year 1 is officially in the books.

And I truly believe we wrote a chapter that will never be forgotten.

Forever grateful. Forever proud. Forever WAVE GANG. 🌊💙

Thank you, Jacksonville…
Thanks you, Waves…
Thank you for one hell of a first chapter.

Year 1. Legacy made. 🌊

This past weekend I was given a once in a lifetime opportunity to capture the @upshotleague first ever Championship Game and it was an incredible experience! @cltcrownupshot battled hard to come back and beat the @jaxwavesupshot to secure the first ever title. So many Legends of the game and so much history was made this weekend and I am so thankful and grateful to be apart of this historic event. Even though my team didn’t make it, I want to give a special thanks to @savsteelupshot and the team for opening the door and even giving me the chance to make my dreams come true. I also got a posed photo of @shaq 🤯🤯 Pt.1

What a season. 🌊

Congratulations to the Jacksonville Waves on an incredible 2026 season and everything you continue to build here in Jacksonville.

The wins and the basketball are only part of the story. The Waves are creating something bigger—giving young girls in our community the opportunity to see professional women’s basketball up close, connect with incredible role models, and dream a little bigger about what’s possible for them.

We’re proud to partner with an organization that is investing in the game, empowering women, and making a real impact in our city.

Thank you to the players, coaches, staff, and everyone behind the Waves for an unforgettable season.
The future is making WAVES. 🌊
