I’ve spent a long time searching for deep and meaningful connections.

What I’ve come to realize is that I was often searching in places that weren’t aligned with me, overextending myself in the process. Not because my intentions weren’t genuine, but because I wasn’t always honest with myself about what I could realistically sustain, what I truly valued, or what was actually meant for me.

I wanted depth so badly that I sometimes overlooked alignment. The result wasn’t connection. It was burnout.

The more I reached, the more disconnected I became, not just from other people, but from myself.

The biggest shift came when I stopped searching and started meeting myself where I was. From there came discernment, healthier boundaries, and a quieter trust that the right relationships would never require me to abandon myself to keep them. And somehow, that is when life became fuller.

The people who are meant for you do not ask you to become someone else. They make space for you to become more of who you already are.

I am deeply grateful for the friendships that have grown alongside me, for the conversations, the laughter, the mutual support, and the ways we have witnessed each other’s becoming.

Happy Birthday to one of the people who reminds me that connection is not about finding everyone. It is about finding the people who feel like home.

Here’s to celebrating you, and to friendships that continue to deepen with time 🤍

Another solar return & themed party 👻💜

The night was fully curated and intentional, almost too intentional that perfectionism had to grieve what was missing. Nonetheless SO grateful for all who showed up and showed out bc y’all understood the assignment. I am so blessed to be genuinely loved by the loves of my life. Didn’t get pics with everyone but your presence was very much appreciated 💜✨ thank you for a magical night of conjuring
