‼️UPDATE NEW DAY 🪷
Nature’s Rhythm YTT Open Day

🗓️ 20 October 2:30-5:30pm

Comment side ‘Training’ for your invite.

We’ve decided to reschedule our Open Day to Tuesday 20th October, as a couple of our course teachers have been booked for another event at the last minute. I really would like as many of our teachers and new teachers as possible to be there to share their experience and welcome you into the Nature’s Rhythm way. So we’re giving ourselves time to bring everyone together properly.

In the meantime, you’re very welcome to join me for my Friday class at 10:15am, meet me and get a feel for what Nature’s Rhythm Yoga is all about.

Please ignore the date on the final slide 9/9.
and pop 20th October in your diary, we can’t wait to welcome you. x

✨ Muchísimas gracias to Paul Francis and the @3nessltd team for making this incredible week possible year after year. This was my 6th time teaching at #fitfever and our 3rd year of #salsoga I feel as grateful to be part of it as I always did. Your support, encouragement and the way you look out for people doesn’t go unnoticed.

A big thank you to everyone who joined our Nature’s Rhythm Yoga and Chakra classes in the beautiful Shala at @playitasresort with its stunning views of the mountains and sea.
Thank you for bringing your, presence, openness and smiles. It has been such a joy to share this experience with you all.

@aisha_gill79 , it has been an absolute pleasure teaching alongside you. Our synergy felt so natural and I’m so grateful we got to share the space.

First session at the #FitFever #Salsoga holiday with @3nessltd, led by the wonderful @aisha_gill79.

The perfect way to begin.

A grounding Root Chakra practice that invited us to build strength, stability and presence, while reconnecting with the earth beneath us and the elements all around us.

Feet on the ground. Breath in the body. Heart open to the week ahead.

What a beautiful start to this journey. ✨

Sometimes a simple hello sparks ⚡️ unexpected energy, opens doors, and connects you with people who share the same vision! 🚀

Strong women inspire, push, and support each other… and yes, occasionally in a very sweaty way 😅💫🏋️‍♂️

Happy International Women’s Day! 💕

This was an impromptu video, completely real, no scripts, no AI. Just us sharing a tiny moment that turned into a big lesson. ♥️
