Meet Aisha ✨

Aisha was born with Erb’s Palsy, a birth injury that affects the range of motion in her left arm. While searching for a workout that was both supportive and challenging, she discovered Lagree and quickly fell in love with the strength, precision, and sense of accomplishment it brought.

Her classes are thoughtfully programmed to challenge every client, whether it’s your first class or your hundredth. Expect vibey playlists, slow and intentional movement, quick transitions, and supportive coaching to help you get the most out of every move.

When she’s not at Micro Moves, Aisha works as a pediatric occupational therapist helping children with developmental disabilities build confidence and independence. Outside the studio, you’ll usually find her at hot yoga, spending time with her senior dog, Homer, hunting down antiques or her next favorite coffee shop
