The Incredible Team Behind The Gift

Message from the Producer:

I’d like to personally thank the amazing team behind The Gift. Everyone who contributed to this project worked incredibly hard and deserves to be recognised for their dedication and commitment in bringing this film to life. As a producer, it was so important to me to see this project come together.

We were only a team of four at the start, but we built strong connections, and everyone dedicated their time despite their busy schedules to help us film.

I’d also like to personally thank our talented actors—Flynn, Ellora, Nina, and Hayley and Adam—for being part of this journey and making history with us. From my experience in the industry, I’ve seen many people succeed, but this group, without a doubt, has the potential to go far if they continue to put in the effort and passion.

A special thank you to Ellora’s family for their support and assistance, and to Justin, Steve, and Anthony for backing us along the way. Most importantly, thank you to Toorak Manor for allowing us to use your beautiful location.

To my animation and film crew, we are among the first students to present work at a level that bridges both academic and industry standards. That’s something to truly be proud of.

Lastly, thank you to AIT for trusting us and giving us the opportunity to create the best work we could across both animation and film.

Thank you all so much for 10k views on our film! It’s so magical ✨ to see all the lovely comments, and know you enjoyed watching it as much as we enjoyed making it. The 6 months of writing, rewriting, storyboarding, animating, working with amazing voice actors and our composer, crafting sound design and promotion was such a fun ride. To everyone who offered feedback, our mentors and our classmates, and our families: Thank You.

Keep your eyes peeled for our upcoming documentary that delves into the process of making this film 💫
