ALL LP WOWDay 2026 - Today wasn’t just about giving. ❤️

We spent the day visiting an elderly home, sharing food, conversations, laughter and being present.

We came thinking we were there to bring a little happiness to them. Somehow, we left with even more in our hearts.

Thank you to all the donators, contributors, and everyone from LP263 who made today possible, and to all the uncles and aunties who welcomed us so warmly. ❤️

愿每一位长辈都被温柔以待，平安、健康、快乐。🙏

Senior with @ismaverick_— from worry, stress and anxiety to growth, power and certainty; what a fucking journey 🤪🥵🥶

100 days of being stretched, challenged, exposed, broken open, picked up, pushed forward — and somehow becoming more of who we are meant to be. And somewhere in between all that work, something deeper happened. A friendship was forged.

Not the casual kind. Not the “see you when I see you” kind. The kind built through pressure, truth, vulnerability, tears, laughter, madness and showing up for each other again and again 🙌🏼🥳

That bond goes deep. Really deep. Some journeys change what I do, this one changes who I am.

💛 Powerful 💛 Raw 💛 Magical 💛

And still, words don’t quite capture it, if you know, you know; It’s the kind of feeling that will still give me goosebumps when I look back years from now

I’ll always be grateful to @stevencheam for telling me, “You must go with Isma.”At that time, I didn’t fully understand why, I just trust. Now I do ❤️

Wellness doesn’t stop when the workout ends. It continues in how we refuel, rest and care for ourselves. 💚

Such a lovely time being part of JIAN Pilates’ Self Care: From Performance to Recovery event, bringing Kubis into a space where wellness, community and nourishment came together.

Because feeling good begins with taking care of yourself, inside and out. ✨

Still not over this day 🤎

Thank you to everyone who came and spent the day with us. 🥹😭🤎 From Pilates and Pickleball to all the wellness activities, mini games and little moments in between, we had so much fun seeing everyone enjoy themselves.

We’re really grateful to all our partners, vendors, speakers, instructors and crew who helped make this event happen.

Most of all, thank you for showing up for yourself and being part of our Self-Care Movement.

Especially @bobbibrown 🤎

We hope you left feeling happy, refreshed and full of good memories.

See you at the next one 🤍

Honoured to be invited to share at Jian Pilates’ Self Care Event 💪🏻

It was a meaningful conversation about strength, movement, and taking care of our bodies—not just for today, but for the years ahead 🎤 💬

Thank you to Jian Pilates for the invitation, and to everyone who joined, listened, and shared your questions. Looking forward to more conversations that inspire people to move better and live stronger 🌱

Every Advanced Course is amazing. This one is extra special.

Being in the training room with both my boss and my mentor sounded terrifying, turns out, it was the most empowering experience of my career as a trainer-in-training.

They truly are the wind beneath my wings, giving me the strength, safety and confidence to just go for it and risk freely. Thank you, Matt & Marcus. Also must thank The Out-Rangers for doing whatever it takes in creating space for me to grow boldly and soar. 🙏

10/3/2026 My last hosted Business Open Day for Zhi Shen 🔥

Today, all of us came with a very delighted heart, as we finally can start to pass the baton to the next leadership team. 🎉 The happiness came from an appreciation more than a sign of relief 🥹

This is a memorable moment as we can witness the inheritance of Zhi Shen culture of keep nurturing and inspiring the next leaders to continue rowing the boat to another upper and higher level 🆙

In Zhi Shen, leaders will never leave, we will continue to provide our very best support and guidance to the next term leaders, and this continues, infinitely. ♾️♾️♾️

Three cultures that we want to pass down:
1) Do things with heart ❤️
2) Always wanted to contribute to other’s success 🆗
3) Always respect each other 🤝
