There is something powerful about a woman who prays.

But when women come together in faith, humility, and unwavering expectation, something shifts. Heaven responds.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

There are some battles that strength can’t win.
Some storms that wisdom can’t solve.

Only prayer🥹🥹🥹

It reminds me of Deborah. In a time of uncertainty, she stood in faith and called others to trust what God had spoken. Their confidence wasn’t in themselves but in the God who had already gone before them.

A huge thank you to Professor Kyle Pierce of the American Olympic Association (Olympic Weightlifting Coach) & @barbadosweightlifting for spending time with our New Wave swimmers last couple of days.

Not only did he share valuable insights and inspiration, but he also stayed to observe our training session and answer questions from our athletes.

We are truly grateful for the opportunity and the lasting impact his visit has had on our swimmers.

I won’t pretend.
This week’s been heavy for me—especially as a mother.
But here I am… preparing to lead a self-care workshop tomorrow.
And I’ve asked myself: how can I show up real?

The truth is: self-care isn’t about being okay all the time.
