Sometimes it takes an injury, or a pause you never planned, for life to gently remind you what truly matters. The rush slows down, priorities shift, and you start seeing the beauty in small, ordinary things again. It’s humbling too, realizing how deeply people care when they show up for you. Gratitude hits different when you’re reminded you’re not alone. 🤍

Rihanna - What Now - Sudanese Edition

OMC #2 - Covered Ft the magnificent pure vocals ever @hiba_elgizouli A moments to remember,
Tried on this one to put some Sudanese grove touch by resetting the original track groove into a one of ( Mardoom ) beat shapes, which actually worked and gave it another dimension and sense,
And visually yes you know who’s behind it as we said @pepeto.o

OMC’s” (One Minute Covers)
A 2018 project that brought together
An incredible team of friends…
( @pepeto.o , @aj_browni @talal_tempo_x and of course @dj_tilal24 -dont worry I won’t tell that part 😂).
We poured our hearts into re-producing 6 tracks, each with a one-minute video. What started from scratch turned into something beautiful.
The most beautiful part in this story is how sometimes the ideas can really make you feel like ur outa this time and place, The video’s still resonates 3 years later, with one video even going viral on TikTok in 2021 and till today.
It was a journey of fun, love, risk, and challenges. I’m grateful for the experience and the team. Special shoutout to my brother @AhmedAlamin - your voice sparkled in this project. And the angelic violinist shams, couldn’t find the acc,

If you enjoyed this throwback, comment “OMC SEASON 2” and let’s make it happen again! We’d love to hear your song suggestions and make something magical together.”
