If it were not for my bike…. My God!!

What an incredible year it’s been! I’ve had some mind-blowing blessings and hit major milestones working to be a better me on my cycling journey and all of it shows in the numbers! Elevation increase was crazy!!

First and foremost big shout out to my Hilltop @hilltop.bicycles family for your support with me becoming a Specialized Ambassador and availability for the Q’sCyQling and QR Code rides!!

A special thank you to my brother @hasmalik30 for trusting me to coordinate and manage some of the biggest rides we’ve had this year — including the HBCU Scholarship Ride, the Audible Fall Fresh Ride, and the Lincoln Park Coastal Cultural District Community Ride. Each one of these events had an impact, and we’re just getting started!

Thank you to my #1 Sag Team Sakina @therealsakina & Audris @mymillennialbestie!

Most of all thanks to my Mom for the bagels at the rides and children for your understanding of my need to be away from home at times and outside on my bike!

I hear so many stories about how these rides are helping the community with their mental and physical health and blessed to be an advocate to assist in making that happen!!
