My client Aj squatted 250kgx3 in his first block of training. After reviewing what Aj was doing, it was clear he was doing too much. We trialled two competition squat days, which were quickly changed to one competition squat day, and one Bulgarian split squat day. This resulted in a big 250kgx3 to finish off the block. If you want results like Aj, DM me progress to start!
