“Act your weight?”

Okay... wanna load 115 on the bar and see who’s really acting tough? 🙄

None of the women in this clip are 115 Ibs.
And every single one of them is strong as f*ck.

We don’t worship the scale.

We chase strength, health, confidence, and power.
The only weight that matters is the weight we can move. 💪🏽
P.s I miss All of you!

So this just happened… AmeriCorps NCCC is officially shutting down.
I was a corps member back in 2016, and even though I cried just about every single day, I wouldn’t trade that experience for anything. I made friends that turned into family, learned skills I never thought I’d pick up, and did things I swore I’d never do.

From sleeping in cots and traveling cross-country to laughing till it hurt and serving communities that changed me as much as I tried to help them, this program shaped who I am in so many ways.

It’s sad to see it go, but I’ll always carry the memories and the lessons with me.
