I like to believe I’m immune to injury’s but unfortunately that’s not the case, but thankfully I now have PT that makes it possible to run again 🏃‍♀️

Check out @ajovz at @myodetox Kensington, he works magic! 😁

3rd race in the books 🏁

This was probably the most unprepared I’ve felt. Barely had the time to train the past few months and I left my runners at home and had to do the race in my @lululemon daily’s. BUT, I didn’t get cramps this time around, so I’ll call that a win. Until next race.

Shoutout to @liltreem for supporting me through this grind 🥺💕

screaming. crying. throwing up!

My first 1/2 marathon is in the books. @lululemon #seawheeze was no joke. The vibes, the people and my crew showed up to cheer us on. 🔥 the biggest of shoutouts to @scottoparko for pacing me and keeping my injury in check and @melemlyn for being the bestest run partner. ✨

Returning to running after a brutal shin injury was mentally and physically such a challenge. Running a half with next to no prep after being cleared to run was even more of challenge. Couldn’t have crossed the finish line without @ajovz

(no but seriously, no throwing up… but there was lots of cheering and tears.) 🩵
