Greubel Forsey’s Double Balancier Convexe Titanium perfectly demonstrates why the brand sits at the very top of independent watchmaking Housed in a 42.5mm curved titanium case, the watch is engineered as much for ergonomics as aesthetics, with the case, crystal, hands, and movement all following the wrist’s natural curvature The movement is built around two inclined balance wheels positioned at different angles, each with its own escapement, whose rates are averaged through a spherical differential. Integrated into this system is a remontoire d’égalité, which rewinds every four minutes to deliver a more constant flow of energy to the escapements, improving amplitude stability and reducing positional timing errors Despite its contemporary carbon construction, the movement retains the obsessive hand-finishing Greubel Forsey is renowned for, with polished bevels, black-polished steel components, and painstaking interior angles visible throughout. Offering a 72-hour power reserve while remaining remarkably wearable thanks to its lightweight construction and ergonomic Convexe case, the Double Balancier Convexe Titanium is a technical showcase that blends cutting-edge materials with some of the finest traditional finishing in modern horology Hello @zuck I know you like a @greubel.forsey
