If you want real results with influencers, stop thinking “free product”… that may get you in the door, but
Start thinking experience + alignment.

Comment “CAL” to set up a call to discuss how to do this for your business.

High-value brands don’t just send stuff — they create moments worth sharing.

Here are 5 pro tips to actually win with influencer partnerships:

1. Pick alignment over audience size
A smaller creator who lives your lifestyle will outperform a big name who just posts for a check. Look for belief, not just reach.

2. Sell the experience, not the product
How does your product change their day, their routine, their identity? Build a moment they’ll want to share.

3. Give creative freedom (with guardrails)
Influencers know their audience better than you do. Set the outcome, not the script.

4. Build relationships, not transactions
The best partnerships compound. Treat them like partners, not billboards — long-term wins every time.

5. Track what actually matters
Don’t chase vanity metrics. Focus on conversions, saves, DMs, and real customer behavior.

At the end of the day, people don’t buy products…
They buy stories, trust, and transformation.

Build that — and everything changes. 🔥

ReFind Resilience Podcast is a reflection of my desire to give back to my community. Why? Because I didn’t get through my hardest season in life alone.

When I was navigating welfare and a mental health crisis in my family, raising my children as a single mom, and trying to get back to work… it wasn’t a perfect plan that carried me.

It was people.

A community that showed up in ways I didn’t even recognize at the time.

And I remember thinking:
How do I give that back?

That question is why ReFind Resilience™ exists.
It’s why I created the workforce re-rentry and job placement agency program InPowerED™ in collaboration with @utah.valley.university.

Because resilience is built together—not alone.

To everyone who supports, watches, and shares—thank you. You’re part of someone else’s breakthrough.

If this resonates:

•Please Make a donation to the @liveyourdreamfoundationutah to support InPowerED™
•Know a woman in transition who needs work? Send her our way
•Business hiring in gray-collar roles? Let’s partner

Let’s give back the support that once carried us. 🤍 That is what community is about. Helping one another when we have been helped.

For more info on InPowerED, please see the link in the bio and comments.

Thank YOU!

You can build a business.
Or you can build a movement.

One makes money.
The other changes lives.

Loved the conversation on the Midnight Founders Podcast about leadership, discipline, and why community beats transactions every time.

Everything we’re building at The Well Collective comes down to one idea:

Reward people for becoming better, not just buying more.

Ownership > loyalty.
Standards > motivation.
Community > customers.

Grateful for the time with my good friend A.J. Rounds. I love what he’s done in business and for entrepreneurs. Thrilled that he and Jacob McHargue provided the chance to share the real story behind the journey.

@jeffgriffin10 says his resilience story didn’t start the day he got injured—it started years before.

In this episode, Jeff shares how his journey started in the years and mindset he built long before his accident became the tool he leaned on when everything changed. The injury didn’t create his strength—it revealed it.

And that same preparation is what helped him turn a drastic life shift into a mission to impact others through leadership, motivation, and purpose.

New year reminder: resilience isn’t one brave moment—it’s the quiet choice to move forward again… and again.

It’s getting up when you’re still tired.
Showing up when you’re still healing.
Choosing honesty over performance.
Choosing progress over perfection.

The “grind” of resilience isn’t glamorous—but it is sacred. Because real resilience isn’t a title you earn once. It’s a practice you return to.

Over and over again, you learn:
-how to breathe through the hard parts
-how to tell the truth about what hurt
-how to ask for help without shame
-how to take the next right step—even if it’s small

You don’t have to feel strong to keep moving. Just keep choosing you.

What’s one small step you’re taking this year?👇

We had a Heare Brotherhood bbq dinner with over 20 great men, followed by a men's circle at the Light House in Highland. We did a brief guided meditation and then ran some transformation labs, or the process of "metanoeo," a Greek word meaning a change of heart, mind, spirit, and breath; a fresh view about oneself, God, and the world.

This process is hard to explain, and is best understood by experiencing it.
But here are a few words to describe it: courageous, vulnerable, powerful, connecting, healing, liberating.

We felt a lot of gratitude, humility, inspiration, and grace being in that sacred space with these good brothers.

💛 Gratitude didn’t change her circumstances — it changed her.

When @mamadev_jessica Devenish talks about gratitude, it’s not from a highlight reel — it’s from the trenches of real life.

She’s faced her sister-in-law’s alcoholism, adopted her niece and nephew, lost her brother in a car accident, and helped her daughter battle self-harm and borderline personality disorder — all while being a wife, mother of five, and entrepreneur.

Through it all, she found gratitude. Not as a feeling, but as a daily practice — a muscle she built one breath, one choice, one moment at a time.

Today, she helps others do the same as a Gratitude Coach, teaching that we can’t control what happens, but we can control how we honor it.

💡 Gratitude doesn’t erase the chaos — it gives you the courage to live through it with grace.
