Budapest just turned a convent into a disco and I’m still smiling 😇💃✨ Sister Act / Apáca Show at @erkelszinhaz is pure joy: big laughs, big gospel energy, and the kind of “feel-good” finale that lifts the whole room. (Fun Budapest context: the city already loved this show back in the Budapest Operetta Theatre era, and now Erkel’s 2025 premiere production brings it back on a huge scale.)

Today’s cast was chef’s kiss:
🌟 Deloris – @peller_anna : a true leading lady—fearless charisma, killer comic timing, and a voice built for glittering high notes.
👑 Mother Superior – @naray.erika : elegant, razor-sharp, and emotionally grounded—her scenes have real weight.
🚓 Eddie – @fekepal : warm, lovable, and vocally effortless—the heart of the story.
🕶️ Curtis – @braschbence : slick menace with showman energy (dangerously fun to watch).
🎶 Mary Robert – @kovacsgyoparr : a beautiful “finding your voice” arc—so pure and moving.
🔥 Mary Patrick – @vago.zsuzsiofficial & ⚡ Mary Lazarus – Éva Auksz: comedy gold + powerhouse attitude.
⛪ Father O’Hara – András Csonka: charming, hilarious, and perfectly timed.

If you need a night of sparkle + soul—go join the sisterhood. 🙌🖤

Budapest absolutely sparkled last night ✨🖤

JANZA KATA – KoncertShow was the kind of evening that reminds you why music hits so deep: big emotions, big vocals, and pure storytelling power.

@janzakata_hivatalos is a true Hungarian musical icon — from starting out in the Hungarian Radio Children’s Choir, to major early breakthroughs, to becoming a defining leading lady of Budapest’s stage. And when she sings, you can feel decades of experience… but it still lands fresh, fearless, and totally present.
No wonder she’s celebrated as “the country’s Elisabeth” — that role has been one of her signature triumphs since the 90s, and you hear that same regal intensity in everything she touches.

If you ever needed proof that one performer can command a whole hall: this was it. 👑🎭🎶

Last night in Budapest I got absolutely wrecked (in the best way) by Les Misérables / A nyomorultak at @madachszinhaz ❤️‍🔥🇭🇺
This city has had a real Les Mis love story for decades — from the first Hungarian staging in 1987, to Madách’s own run since 1999, and now this fresh new production (premiered Sept 20, 2024) that feels both epic and intimate.

Cast highlights (the whole night was 🔥):
🕯️ Jean Valjean – @soltiadam : towering presence + a truly human Valjean (and fun fact: he once played Marius in the earlier Madách version).
⚖️ Javert – @istvan_csiszar : steel-spined intensity, razor focus — you feel the pursuit.
🏴 Enjolras – @zsoltszaszak : fearless, inspiring, vocally thrilling.
🌹 Marius – @tothdominikkk : sincere, bright tone, and a real “leading man” heart (fresh talent — graduated 2024).
💔 Fantine – @brigitta.cintia : devastating and luminous (also plays Elsa & Vivian at Madách — range!).
✨ Cosette - @anitagado98 : warm, pure, effortlessly charming.
🎭 Éponine – @timiarany : gorgeous emotional detail — and yes, she’s also Christine in Phantom at Madách.
🍷 Thénardier – László Sánta / Mme Thénardier – Anna Balogh: wickedly funny, perfectly timed chaos.
⛪ Bishop – Attila Barát: grounded warmth that changes everything.
🎶 And the orchestra under Géza Köteles — rich, cinematic, relentless.

Still buzzing after yesterday’s @vampirokbalja (Tanz der Vampire / Dance of the Vampires) in Budapest at @magyarszinhaz 🦇🖤
No wonder this production has become a true Budapest tradition since its 2007 premiere — it’s gothic, funny, romantic, and ridiculously spectacular.

Standout cast (Jan 10, 15:00):
🩸 Count von Krolock – Géza Egyházi: pure command on stage — dark elegance, magnetic menace, and a voice that fills the whole theatre.
🌙 Sarah – @anna_.t._ :luminous and fearless; she brings real heart to Sarah’s longing and temptation.
🕯️ Alfred – @pasztoradamofficial : charming, beautifully sung, and perfectly awkward in the best way — comedy + emotion in one.
📚 Professor Abronsius – @illesdani86 : whirlwind energy and razor-sharp delivery; every moment is alive in his hands.
🍷 Chagal – @belapavletits : deliciously rowdy humor and great timing.
🔥 Magda – @monika._.horvath : a total scene-stealer — bold, playful, and electric.
🧄 Rebecca – Piroska Kokas: grounded, hilarious, and wonderfully sharp.
🐺 Koukol – @umbrath : eerie physicality and a haunting presence.
🖤 Herbert – @gaborjenei_tenorist : stylish, sly, and effortlessly charismatic.
⚡ Nightmare I – Krisztián Károlyi / Nightmare II – András Baksa: the nightmare sequence hits like a storm — pure adrenaline.

If you’re anywhere near Budapest… go to the ball. 🦇✨

A hlavně: moc mě to baví.
A já to chci.

Rok 2025 mi taky něco ukázal

Skloubit full-time práci a zároveň jet naplno startup je náročné.

Uff. Už jen to napsat je úleva. 🙂

Přeju vám všem krásné Vánoce. Odpočiňte si.
A do roku 2026 hlavně zdraví, klidnější hlavu a míň stresu. 🎄
