Over a year in the Philippines and all I can say is thank you. I mean that in sense of thank you for allowing me to call this home but also literally salamat is the only word i've learned so far. 😅

Three things you need to do in your 30s. Nobody told me these. I figured them out the hard way. Get in shape first. Not for how you look. For how you think. I got in the best shape of my life after 30 and the first thing I noticed wasn’t physical. It was mental clarity I hadn’t felt in years. The brain fog lifted. The decisions got easier. Everything else runs on that foundation. Start the thing you’ve been hesitating on. Not when you’re ready. Now. The business. The brand. The creative career you keep describing to yourself at 2am. The hesitation was never about skill. It was about permission you were waiting for from people who were never coming. Stop waiting for permission and make the decision. Figure it out after. Every country I moved to. Every career I started. Every creative risk I took. Decision first. Figure it out after. The how comes after the decision. Not before. Your 30s are the first decade where you have enough experience, clarity, and urgency to actually build the life you’ve been describing to yourself for ten years. The only thing standing between you and that life is the decision to start. #YourThirties #PersonalGrowth #LifeLessons

From the first bolt to the final send. 🛠️✨ Why do YOU boulder? Ever wonder what happens before the lights go on? Watch the transformation of @boulder24.dvo ’s cave from a blank canvas to a community playground. We asked our local climbers @smearonmyface @joshyaldrich @wraithlifting.png @bae_youngggg @yenyenyahya @stxcexcrux @matthijs.feline @is.this.who @paelsalvador @batobato.nix @mark_balls @terr.s one simple question: "Why do you boulder?" Their answers remind us that while we all climb different grades, we’re all chasing the same feeling. Whether it’s the flow, the failure, or the family you find at the mats, bouldering is a language we all speak. 🌍🧗‍♂️ #bouldering #climbing #routesetting #climbinglife #boulderinglife
