Which was your main take away? 🤎 Write in the comments!
Thank you to @patrickbeach for creating such a communal space for curiousity, exchange and deep listening. We all felt seen and heard and took away so many learnings. Also a big thank you to everyone who came to the Body Reading Training to our space in Berlin, for some even for the third time already. You made our studio feel so alive and buzzing. We can’t wait to do it again! 👉👈

So much love from the entire Yoga on the Move Team 🫂

Meditier´ mit mir! 🧘‍♂️

An amazing autumnal weekend in Wuppertal and Cologne with two very soulful teachers @carletonjames and @shelbyheintzelman thank you for your wisdom and the awesome ideas, support and encouragement in how to move. Good luck with your online studio! Thanks @jess.a.ura and @julianepollheide for bringing these awesome teachers to Europe and for your organisation. Thanks to the wonderful students I met, some of you I’ll surely meet again soon on this journey. Wuppertal and Cologne were pretty cool and full of Autumn leaves and nice parks, they brought the vibes!✌️@tobi.yoga got the great shots of Shelby and CJ
