Look at my husband making his debut as a Focus3 Consultant. There is so much overlap in our careers with mindset and goal setting. #proudwife #culture #leadership #focus3

We did it! Another @tapcancerout Global Grappling Day, another before and after picture. A big thanks to my friend Dave for partnering up on this with me year after year! Another big thanks to everyone has opened up their hearts and wallets to make donations to this organization that means so much to me. This symbolic hour of struggle we go through during this hour of grappling is nothing compared to what my Dad and so many others have gone through after their cancer diagnosis, but knowing that we are contributing to eventually ending this disease and helping some people who are currently fighting it live a little more comfortably means I will keep doing this as long as I am able to.

Thanks again for the support! My fundraiser page is still open and ready to accept donations if you haven’t had the chance yet.

Tomorrow is the day!

Tap Cancer Out 2025

It’s almost time for one of my favorite days of the year! Will you help me fight cancer?

On December 13th, 2025, my good friend Dave Shinsel and I will join BJJ practitioners around the world to roll for one hour straight (not an easy task!) in honor of all those who have fought and are fighting cancer, including my dad, Mark Jennings, who was taken from us by esophageal cancer on April 13, 2023.

https://wecan.tapcancerout.org/fredjenningsbjj2025

Leading up to Global Grappling Day I am actively fundraising in support of Tap Cancer Out and their numerous beneficiary organizations funding research and special projects supporting the fight against cancer.

Tap Cancer Out’s beneficiary organizations in 2025 include:
* Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation
* American Brain Tumor Association
* Camp Sunshine
* Christopher’s Haven
* Cure Cervical Cancer
* First Descents
* Isabella Santos Foundation
* Little Pink Houses of Hope
* Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
* Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins
* The Tom Coughlin Jay Fund

I would be honored if you’d support my fundraising efforts with a donation. It’s secure and 100% tax deductible. If you’d prefer to pay by check, please mail to: Tap Cancer Out, PO Box 551, Fort Mill, SC 29715. Please make the check payable to Tap Cancer Out.

If you can’t make a donation at this point, help me reach my goal by sharing this page wherever you like to share things! Or, even better, send an e-mail to friends you think might be interested in contributing and include a link to my page!

Annual @tapcancerout Global Grappling Day before and after shots with my man Dave. I’m going to be sore for the next few days, but it was a ton of fun and definitely worth it!

There’s still time to donate at https://wecan.tapcancerout.org/fredjennings2024
