I went to Costa Rica thinking to myself I can’t wait to enjoy time by the pool, unwind and relax, and get to explore a different country. Soulie introduced me to creating travel experiences with intention. How do you create an experience that changes you or leaves you with a new way to approach life?

That’s what happened amongst the time we spent together in the jungles of Guanacaste. It was truly beautiful to get together with a group of people from all different walks of life, and by the end they ended up feeling like my very own family.

I left the Costa Rica with a full heart, a new and empowered outlook on life, and tons of awesome memories to look back upon 💗

Sometimes saying yes to something you want to say no to results in a magical experience ✨

Transformation lies at the edge of your comfort zone. We didn’t know what we’d encounter on our journey to the top of that mountain.. but oh are we so happy we participated!!

Join our intention circle!! Followed by a river meditation, we became one with the earth around us. Sitting in the thermal river, the water warmed our bodies and also our intentions we’re carrying with us for the rest of the year!

Going into the halfway mark for 2026, it’s a great time to renew your intentions! ✨🫶🏽💫

Camera crumbs!! This retreat was packed with so many different kinds of activities! From zip lining to face yoga to guided nocturnal night hikes to thermal mud baths… we are doing it ALL. 💥

It’s the best way to travel, to try new things, to explore activities you’ve never done before. That too in the beautiful jungles of Costa Rica!

WOW! What an experience!! We came together and experienced so many new things. Life truly begins at the edge of your comfort zone and doing scary things with a new group of people is an experience like no other.

From zip lining to hiking to face yoga, we truly made the most from our time together.

Which one of these experiences would you try next?

Meet the team! @akankshaaah - Founder, creator and editor of Kalma magazine.

As a seasoned magazine creator, Akanksha has launched 3 magazines in the past. Kalma is a lifelong project in the making; marrying together two of her greatest loves - the love for wellness and taking care of our bodies AND nurturing the creative self that’s present in all of us.

“Kalma, at its core, is a community project. Having almost finished with the second issue, I can say the best part about this project is how many intimate conversations I get to have with so many people about their journeys, hidden passions, an unshared ideas that they are seeking to breathe life into.

I imagine a world where we live with intention and creativity shows up in all spaces of life.”

- Akanksha, Founder & Editor.
