✨ A new chapter... I'm so happy to share my new logo, created as part of the journey towards my new website. The website is now live, bringing together my music, Singing Circles, voice work, Heart Intelligence coaching, and upcoming offerings—all in one place. I'd love for you to have a look. You'll find the link in my bio. 💛 A heartfelt thank you to Hana from @akerne.admin.and.design for her beautiful work, creativity and care throughout this process. It was such a pleasure collaborating with you, and I'm so grateful for everything you've created. And thank you Jemima @jjoyfreelance for the beautiful photography that helped bring this new chapter to life. There's much more to come... and those who know me, know I’m a little slow with social media… so stay tuned. ✨ With love, Sonia 🤍

Small steps can bring big progress and if you’re #neurodivergent and running a business that can be difficult to do as you can easily get #overwhelmedandstressed with juggling all the things needed to build, grow and run your business. Last year I started @resiliencerebel to support #adhdwomen to thrive with their #busybrain and I’m so grateful for my super support team who are helping me to realise that dream. This week I went #backtobasics to get the fundamentals setup in my #salesandmarketing software systems and im so grateful for @kerrymoorse and her brilliant @funnelsketchers team who have been holding me and many other #entrepreneurs through an #actionpod to learn how to properly set up our email marketing systems. I already have an amazing #va in @akerne.admin.and.design but I now understand how things work so I can take accountability for all aspects of my business. Who are you grateful for today? And how could you #gobacktobasics and review something that overwhelms you? If you want to receive our newsletter that Hana and I send out every week full of tips on how to #thrivewithadhd , sign up in the #linkinbio ☝️or drop a comment below and we’ll send you the link. #adhdbusiness #adhdcoach #resiliencecoach
