IWASHI! - Fatty Japanese Sardine, lightly salted then lightly cured in Chardonnay vinegar. Top 3 fish for me.
Made some brioche and toasted in butter. A layer of late season tomato jam, epazote leaf. Garnished with pickled biquinho pepper and @redboatfishsauce salt.

A taste of Isaan, straight from Kalasin to Boston 🌾🇹🇭

We had the pleasure of hosting @nanuanchun for their very first event in the USA — an evening dedicated to Sato, Isaan food and the stories and traditions behind them.

From learning about their family-grown rice and traditional brewing process to tasting their Sato and sharing a special Isan Muan Night dinner, it was a beautiful evening of drink, food and connection.

A huge thank you to Nanuanchan team for bringing a piece of Kalasin to Boston and to everyone who came, listened, tasted and shared the evening with us.

Here’s to more Thai stories and more reasons to gather around the table 🌾🥂
