Seeing my designs shine on global stages and the biggest grounds of Navratri, from Mumbai to Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Godhra, and beyond, is a feeling that’s still sinking in. ✨

What started at the cutting table with endless trials, late nights, and needle and thread iterations came alive under stadium lights in front of thousands. Having artists trust my craft to make their stage presence unforgettable has been the biggest win of this season.

Here’s an honest recap of how this Navratri turned into something far bigger than I could have imagined. Watch till the end! 🪡

I usually don’t post things like this or put my thoughts into words, but this time, I felt like I should. ❤️

When @akshatparikh approached me to shoot the entire Navratri season, I was honestly hesitant. Navratri has always been a festival I preferred to enjoy rather than photograph. For the past two years, I had only covered a couple of days, so taking responsibility for an artist’s entire season felt like a big step.

Still, I decided to say yes and I’m so glad I did.

A heartfelt thank you to @akshatparikh for trusting me with this opportunity and booking me three months in advance. Thank you for believing in my work and trusting me with such a big responsibility even before the season began.

I was still unsure about taking up the project, but @stutikarani encouraged and pushed me to go for it. Looking back, I’m incredibly grateful that she did.

The season came with its own challenges: managing two responsibilities, photographing performances, shooting videos on the iRig, and keeping up with the pace, energy, and demands of Navratri every single day. There were long hours, sleepless nights, constant running around, and countless moments that required me to stay focused and give my best.

More than anything, this experience helped me regain the confidence to shoot a confidence I had lost a few years ago. Being behind the camera every day, handling the pressure, and capturing each moment reminded me why I started in the first place.

A special thank you to @prashant_pipaliya_ for being there with me throughout the season.

And thank you to @akshatparikh & @prarthanamehta__ for making the entire process so smooth and wonderful. Your trust made this experience even more meaningful.

Somehow, amidst all the chaos, the entire season passed by before I even realised it. What began with hesitation became one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had behind the camera. This year, I didn’t just photograph Navratri, I experienced it in a completely different way.

Grateful for the opportunity, the trust, the support, the people, the renewed confidence, and every memory this journey gave me. 🙏

This Navratri will always hold a special place in my heart. ♥️♥️
