Such a fun summer! Fill with music, celebration, and good fucking food!
1-5 taking Caitz to see Ateez and Taemin with Phubz and Lea - also taking Bae out on the forest bike for the first time, and it was probably one of their best yet - wall to wall bangers, with the sun setting - so fucking pretty
6 - my L’Oréal colour keys part 1! Your girl is on the course to becoming a colour master!
7 - 9 - happy birthday to the other half ❤️ ps why are my bestie and bf literally the fittest people in the world
10 - 14 - spending Biki’s birthday in the Madrid sun where I ate my weight in pinchos and paella
15 - 16 - karaoke night for Matt’s bday who absolutely smashed every song thrown his way to be honest - what a man
17 - Abi joins the 30 club ❤️

Summer ‘26 - part one
The moment we’d all been waiting for - welcoming Mr and Mrs Belfon!
Being asked to be part of the big day was such a huge honour to me, and the day was spent with lots of laughter, love and just beautiful vibes tbh.

Swipe to see typical Billie/Jass/Biki shenanigans - celebrating Biki’s tiny waist with a nice, respectable smack on the ass. 10/10

Mexico baby! This was the holiday of absolute dreams. Celebrating @deliriouscaits & @jordan_belfon soon to be newly weds by giving Playa del Carmen a whirl!
The best food, the best music, the best tequila, and the best company.
So many core memories unlocked - like eating guac in the sea with stingrays, being fed shots by a hot Latina, señor frogs, tostadas, cenotes, our sweat lodge experience???!!! - URGH.
Best fucking place ever! 🇲🇽

Freedom isn’t something you think your way into…
it’s something you move your way into.

Most people aren’t blocked creatively —
their energy is just trapped in stillness, tension, and overthinking.

In this space, there’s no right way to move.
No performance. No pressure.

Just expression.
Just release.
Just energy… finding its way back into flow.

And when that energy is free…
so are you.

Join us this Friday evening.
Get in the game. 🎮

"I FEEL LIKE A NEW WOMAN" .

Not because someone told her something new…
but because she moved something that had been stuck for too long.

Sometimes it’s not about more thinking.
It’s about creating space in the body for something new to emerge.

Two first-timers… one session…
and already a shift you can’t fake.

This is what happens when your energy starts flowing again.
