“AIR IT OUT” was the second single off of CONTRA. Had a lot of fun shooting this with @akurateshot .. he killed this one. We definitely gotta tap in and do something like this again.. maybe something for CONTRA III.. 🤫🤫

6 years ago today marks the start of this thing of ours.. we dropped “CONTRA”… no RUNXGUN.. just Gudini and J.O. Mairs teaming up to show out and give the game what we felt it needed.. little did we know, we needed it more than the game did.. it reminded us what we really do this for. So we had to run it back.. the rest is history.. now here we are.. we really living by the motto in all aspects of life and there’s no stopping us now..

RELOAD.
KEEP RUNNING.

LATHER. RINSE. REPEAT. by MAX MELANIN

prod. by @wheelmanzo

youtube link in my bio. im gonna be getting more active on there. subscribe.

i wrote and recorded this joint early 2022. it was one of those ones that just wrote itself and everything connected effortlessly. ak and i shot the video in the summer of 2025. initially, when i was deciding what joint should be my first video this one stuck out as a bridge between who i was when i started my artist journey and who i am now. when i started, i was listening to alot of MF DOOM, roc marciano, curren$y, pro era, the underachievers, flatbush zombies, dash & retch, odd future, asap mob and soundcloud/bandcamp beats via godsconnect (and so many more but yall gotta wait for the book to drop lol). that energy is what moved me and still does. this lanzo beat was always a high school smoke sesh favourite for me. i was never really able to do it justice until i wrote this joint. then ak was able to bring my visual idea to life exactly how and where i saw it in my mind. this is fulfilment to my younger self in a very real way. im glad i can share this with yall. peace to the ones still here tmrw. infinite gratitude. i love yall more than yall know.
