We are excited to highlight a team member from our Bar Louie Granger location. Alejandro Tochimani is a Line Cook within our team. He was born in Cholula Pueblo Mexico and has been living in Granger for 20 years. He has been working at Bar Louie Granger for 9 years and we are so happy to have him as part of our family and community. “I like working with my team! We are all really close. I also like closing the restaurant. It gives me a sense of accomplishment. One regular bought all of the kitchen crew a beer for when they get off, made me feel appreciated.” #barlouie #originalgastrobar #barlouiegranger #grangerindiana #barlouiefamily
