GVS 2025: High School Musical

To start, I want to say thank you to every member in our dance. Each one of you brought so much energy, laughs and a positive attitude every night at practice. Thank you for sacrificing so much time to make our dance the best it could be and for the amazing friendships and memories we now have forever. Our team and dance wouldn’t be the same without each and everyone of you! You all should be so so proud of yourselves! My favorite memories of yesterday were the small moments when all of you came up to us at some point & shared what this experience meant to you. Hearing those words meant so much & ultimately what it was all about❤️

Dance has been apart of my life since I was 2 years old and it was my whole world. After graduating highschool, I didn’t know when the next time I would dance would be or to what capacity. I didn’t know what opportunities UT had to offer as a spring semester start student until freshman year when I watched my first GVS as a new member in Theta. I remember seeing full production dance routines and thinking next year I’m in. What I never thought is that I and the amazing @jennaabecker would be choreographing our piece for senior year. This past month has felt like I was a kid again going to dance class at night after school and hanging out with all my friends while we practiced. For that, I am so grateful and I will truly never ever forget this!

To @jennaabecker thank you for being the other half of my brain. Thank you for spending every free minute with me to make our dance and for all of your genius ideas! What’s most special to me is the closer friendship we formed! Two years ago I was painting you gold to be C3PO, those two girls had no idea where they would be two years after that. I have loved every second of making up the dances, making the costumes, and our never ending laughter. Im going to miss the late night crafting and creating so much. I love you forever❤️

I’m so sad it is over, but even happier it happened! Thank you again to everyone who supported and donated to Team High School Musical! WildKATs forever!!❤️❤️🤍🤍

You have all my love,
Coach Liv signing off❤️
