Best performance to date yet and we finally broke the 200lbs bench mark

8/9 meet
132.5 kg / 291 lbs squat
92.5 kg / 203 lbs bench
182.5 kg / 402 lbs dead

407.5 kg / 896 lbs total @ 151lbs
416 dots

First 2 hours weigh in meet and 8lbs cut but everything was executed perfectly by Alex.

Came away with a solid day and an all time bench PR, and have plenty more in the tank.

Coming into this meet we didn’t have much expectations due to her schedule WHILE prepping for hyrox.

So proud of her and now that we finally make that debut in the “big league” time to go get more

🔥🔥 In the fire service, it’s not just about the gear or the fire. It’s about the crew beside you. 🔥🔥

When the heat’s on, it’s your brother or sister’s life in your hands. Integrity isn’t optional. Accountability isn’t a suggestion. It’s the unspoken pact we make, the unbreakable bond we share. No one is going to carry you—you carry the crew.

You think it’s just about showing up? Think again. It’s about pushing each other to be better, holding each other to the highest standard, and never letting the fire win. We don’t leave anyone behind, ever.

If your crew isn’t your priority, you’re in the wrong game.
