16 August 2026 at 18:20pm, I met Tyla Laura Seethal 🥺🐅❤️

This a moment I genuinely don’t think I’ll ever be able to put into words 🥹🤍✨ I’ve admired her, celebrated her journey and watched her break barriers in ways that make me so incredibly proud. So to actually stand in front of her, speak to her and have this picture to remember the moment by feels so surreal 😭🫶🏽

Honestly, if I had spoken to her for even a little longer, I probably would’ve cried right there 😭😂🥹 My heart was already so full, and I was trying so hard to keep it together because I couldn’t believe that the moment I had imagined was actually happening.

As a coloured woman, this moment means even more to me. Seeing someone who looks like me step onto the biggest stages in the world, embrace where she comes from and represent South Africa with so much confidence and excellence is incredibly powerful. 🇿🇦🤎✨ It reminds me that there is space for us, that our stories matter and that we can dream beyond what we once thought was possible.

Her family has welcomed me with open arms and her being humble and grounded and staying true to herself says sooo much about why she is as successful as she is 🥹

This wasn’t just a picture or a quick meeting for me. It was a little piece of a dream becoming real. 🥹💗 the constant prayers and the hoping and believing that one day will be THE DAY. AND LIOK WHAT GOD DID FOR ME. HE MADE MY DREAM COME TRUE. This is a memory I’ll carry with me for my whole life. and one I’ll always look back on with the biggest smile and the fullest heart. Thank you for being such an inspiration to me, “Ty”. 🌸👑✨

And like you said to me, “aww, you are such a light” 🥺

Last night is a memory I'll carry with me for a very long time. 💛✨

Winning a Golden Ticket at Tyla's listening event wasn't just an unexpected surprise—it felt like one of those beautiful moments that remind you to never stop believing. As a fan, being part of such a special night was already more than enough, but walking away with something so meaningful made it even more unforgettable.

Thank you to everyone who made this experience possible, and thank you, Tyla, for creating moments that bring people together through music. My heart is so full of gratitude, and I'll treasure this forever. 🫶🏽🥹🎶
