Came for the BBQ and vibes, left with a send of this mega classic climb 😎

Super psyched to have finally got this one done after trying it twice before in some horrible conditions. Thank you @punt.lee for pointing out some alternate foot beta for the right hand move to the pinch that was game changing for me. Also, the topout of this climb during the night is definitely one of the sketchiest things I've done 😅

Shoutout to the crew this day for bringing the psyche and hosting the BBQ. You guys are all the best! 🫶

The end of an era! My time at Hogtown Boulders is coming to coming to a close. It still hasn’t really hit me. I am off to Montreal in one week! I’ve got to brush up my French… It will be my first time leaving Toronto!

Getting to work at Hogtown was a blessing; I made mistakes, learned, collaborated with the best, put up many chossy blocs, and pulled + laughed + cried hard. I will miss this community so so much. I made some of my best friends at Hogtown Boulders.

I am a very different person than when I first walked into this gym; More confident and much happier. Without Hogtown, I would not be where I am. I am lucky to have some awesome bosses that trusted me, listened to me, and let me go out and explore new opportunities.

As sad as I am to leave home, I am very excited to experience a new city and get out of my comfort zone. Onto this next chapter!

I'm incredibly excited to share that I'll be taking on the role of Head Setter and Head Coach at @toprockclimbing !

Toprock is where I learned to climb. It's where I've made some of my closest friends, and it's a place that has helped me through some of the toughest times in my life. The community here has meant so much to me over the years, and I genuinely love being a part of it.

My journey of working at Toprock started in September 2023 after pestering Trevor for months to give me a shot. I began by picking up last-minute shifts that needed covering, slowly earning more opportunities as time went on. In April 2024, I started coaching, and in September 2024, after once again pestering Trevor for the opportunity, I started route setting.

It's been a lot of work, a lot of learning, and a lot of growth. Looking back, it feels incredibly rewarding to have put in the time and effort and to have worked my way through the ranks to this new role.

I'm excited to continue pushing myself, learning, and helping shape the experience for everyone who walks through the doors. I can't wait to see what the future holds.

Thank you to the entire Toprock team for all the feedback, mentorship, and support you've given me along the way. I've learned so much from all of you and am excited to continue growing together.

A huge thank you to @t7davis for believing in me, giving me opportunities, and supporting me throughout the years. I wouldn't be here without you.

Here's to the next chapter. ❤️

Who said comp moves don't exist in outdoor bouldering? 🤔😂

Happy to tick this one down really quickly in 5 attempts. Always thought this move looked so sick but also so hard because it's hard not to dab on the wall behind. Tried the low start of this one with @dylanboulderz and got really close, gonna be back for it soon! Also thanks for the beta spray on this one @alan_ataeimehr

BFF V10/7c+ ✅️

The BFF saga is finally complete for me, and what a journey it has been!

I remember first trying this climb back in October and thinking to myself that I could piece this climb together quickly and send it in a few sessions. Little did I know what kind of journey I had signed up for... What I thought was a few sessions turned into 15-20 sessions of punting that damn sharktooth move over and over again.

Yet, when looking back at all those December winter sessions in below 0 degree weather, I realized those were the times that made this climb and process truly special to me. Sitting by this climb in the cold, knowing that I should stop and wait until next season to come back to it, but still having endless psyche and determination to somehow pull it off alongside others. Meeting so many people that all were as crazy psyched to be out there and have a good time, that is what I will truly remember this climb for.

Thank you @nat.monkey and @juiceboxjohn_ for being just as crazy and psyched as me during all those countless sessions. If it weren't for the BFF trio, I don't think I'd possibly have such an amazing experience working this climb. I'm also so grateful for all the people I got to meet and get close with during this process, and everyone who supported throughout! The climbing community is truly the best! 🫶

Outdoor Paddle Dyno 🦈🌪️✅

This is definitely one of the coolest moves I’ve ever done on a rock, and it only took me 6 attempts 😤 So fun working this and then hopping on the send train with @iliya.climbs 🙌 we definitely coming back soon for the even lower V10 sit start 🫡

BFF V10 ✅ 💇‍♂️💈

A few years ago, as a ~V6/7 gym climber, I made a joke to a few friends over dinner that if I ever sent an outdoor V10 boulder I'd fully buzz my head 👀😂 I never thought this day would actually come at the time I made that comment but after 13 sessions spanning almost a year here we are!!! 🤯 It's amazing how far a little bit of ambition can go when surrounded by such an amazing and supportive climbing community :D

Thank you to all the great friends I have met and spent countless hours with projecting this thing 😭 the pain of punting week after week was a blessing in disguise as it only meant I had continued chances to form meaningful friendships and memories with all the mega psyched characters 🤣 I truly appreciate you all ❤️🔥🔥💢

Medusa v10/7C+ ✅️

Honestly didnt expect this, haven't tried this climb in almost half a year back in summer. The first big move was impossible for me at the time, no clue why but I never got close to hitting it, ovbiously its been a while, but its nice to have this as a bench Mark as my improvement on moonboard as I day flashed the move. It honestly felt like a non move, but damn, ig things happen.

HUUUGE phyce and thanks to @alan_ataeimehr for putting me on this beauty and many others, might try to hit believing again to get it on film but who knows.

Moonboard summer grind gonna go crazy, hoping to hit Eternal sorrow & cemetery, and kushnir goes. Next sesh hoppin back on the v7 grind, n lowk, spiral diving harder than this imo, but, 3rd 2019 v10 under the belt and 4th double digi. W
