still trying to (financially) recover from the amazing summer we had this year —

from NYC for my first time, Alyssa graduating from college, Mei graduating from HS, getting annual passes to Universal Studios, to Comic-Con, seeing @yellowcard (after six years!!) twice, a trip to Las Vegas, a @jason_mraz concert, seeing the @jonasbrothers in Dodger Stadium & all the birthday celebrations in between 🥳

I had mentioned that I got to meet friends from the @subradioband fan community on my book tour and this one is pretty special. My first day in Los Angeles, @alan_scott1990 invited me to come with him to a @arrowsinaction show. I'd never heard of them, but it sounded fun and I wanted to meet him. It was great and I ended up discovering three new bands I now love! Then we met up before my live podcast that he and @drantis82 came to! I felt so supported, but I also loved getting to know this person from across the country that I had so much in common with. To top it all off, he also invited me to a trivia night with his friends, and we frickin' won! I even randomly ran into Neil, one of my Jaycee friends. Thanks for so much hospitality, Gabriel. I'm pretty sure you're one of my best friends now.
