As a proud member of the @sienna_womens_league I was selected by one of the charities we gladly support, @hopeforthree ,to speak to the parents of children living with Autism.
•
It truly is my honor to be in the presence of such powerful people and leave them with a lesson and message that will strengthen their journey.
•
I’m so excited to be in the house on September 21st!

Show Topic: The Parenting Cheat Code
•
Yesterdays Show Guests Were amazing!
•
There were so many gems to take away from out talk. Not the least of which was Damon giving us the raw male perspective on parenting.
•
Kristi spoke well on breaking ineffective traditions and focusing on nurturing and building up our children.
•
From Infants to Teens to Adult Children, you’ll learn a lot.

We’re prepping and packing supplies for the conference tomorrow!
•
The New Year New You Conference by @letsbe_raw is going to be very insightful and effective for a lot of ladies and their new year.
•
It’s not just another “clapping party” or “cheerleading session”.
•
It’s a game-plan!!
•
If you missed your chance to get a ticket you’ll want to book yourself a One-On-One if there are any spots available after this EPIC event.
•
It’s rare to have the chance to attend such an intimate event where you can actually get some face-to-face time with the speaker and preferred vendors.
•
If you’re attending, I’ll see you there.
•
If you’re not, I hope to see you next year. #ModelThat #XOQ

This lunch inspiration came from Rachel Maser over @cleanfoodcrush
I saw it this morning and happen to have most of the same ingredients. Thanks Rachel

I’ve been asked a few times where I get my recipes. I actually just look a pictures from the healthy Instagram Accounts I follow. I look up #CleanEating or #EatClean etc then follow the hashtags and copy the things I like. I modify ingredients that I may not have or may not like and Voila! This is my breakfast from today. My inspiration pic on the left is from @fitness_munchies and my actual smoothie bowl is on the right.
I put some raw oats on the bottom, added a Greek Yogurt blueberry blend I whipped in my Nutra Bullet then granola, seed combo and raspberries.😋
