yesterday morning on the mic 🎤 full mic’d up workouts going to go up on YouTube next week!! It was so much fun (even if I was a lil shy) to tap about what I’m thinking about during my lift!! And of course how I make my go to breakfast 🤩

This week has been proof that with a firm foundational routine, it doesn’t matter where you are. The boxes can still be checked. I’m dog sitting for the next two weeks and nothing has really changed besides the environment. Still getting my water, still walking, and still hitting my macro targets!

such a big milestone 🥹🥹 it literally feels like yesterday that I was telling @alanixfit that I just wanted to be down 30lbs before my 30th in January and we freaking crushed that goal!!

Some fun (and maybe weird) things that I’ve noticed change with my body especially over the last like month:

1. I don’t sweat nearly as much as I used to. Like I said, kind of weird, kind of cool? Still getting a solid pump but it does take me a good amount of time to generate some heat. I am almost always in layers because I start cold and work my way into shorts.

2. My high energy days are HIGH and the lows are looooow. Not the most fun, but having a support system and coach has helped majorly. I opened up to Alani about a tough mental day I had on Monday and acknowledged it, sat in it for a second, but then moved on. Choosing me and the goals and plan over the emotions allows me to show up especially on days like that.

3. Watching muscle definition start to come through is probably the coolest thing ever. I have no idea what kind of muscle I have underneath so watching it start to pop through has been so cool. Still a long way to go with revealing what’s been cooking, but it’s been awesome. Especially because I’m holding on to as much muscle as possible during this process.

This is still just the beginning. But I had to take a moment to reflect and celebrate before looking to the next big milestone! 🥳

Dearest Gentle Reader,

It appears the diamond of the season has found her most worthy suitor. 💎

The ton is positively enchanted as Lady Grant prepares to become Lady Wicker.

A most splendid celebration was held in her honor, and one thing is certain… this shall be the wedding of the season.

Yours truly,
Lady Whistledown. 🕊️🥂

Haven’t posted transformation photos in quite some time so here’s how my progress is looking!!!!

1. August 2025 to today
2. May 2026 to Friday
3. May 2026 to last weeks check in @alanixfit

health and fitness is by far the best journey to be on. taking care of yourself spiritually, mentally, and physically does so much more than transform you physically. I’m a whole different person than I was last year, and even from a few months ago! I’m excited to see where I am in another 4-6 months and to help whoever I can along the way 🫶🏻

What does a real nutrition coach actually do all day?

We wanted to show you.

Meet Coach Alani @alanixfit. She started from scratch as an NCA student, built her business to 25+ clients, and now works as a nutrition coach full time. (She’s also one of the coaches inside NCA, so our students get to learn from her too.)

One of Alani’s favorite parts of nutrition coaching is the flexibility.

She gets to create her own schedule, work from home, and build her workday around the things that matter to her. That might mean hitting the gym in the morning, getting groceries in the afternoon, going for a walk, or spending the evening with her husband.

Of course, there’s plenty of work in between. Client check-ins, nutrition reviews, content, lead follow-up, admin, and mentoring other coaches are all part of a typical day.

But she’s built a career that fits into her life instead of having to build her life around her job.

If you’ve been thinking about becoming a nutrition coach, NCA enrollment is officially OPEN.

We’ll teach you the nutrition science, coaching systems, and business skills you need to start working with real clients and build your own nutrition coaching business.

Comment “NCA” and we’ll send you the details.

how are we already 8 months into the year?! let’s do a little check in:

24 books read 📚
5 trips (including one day trip) 🥾🌲
18lbs between the comparison photos 🚧🧱⛽️

Probably going to be my slowest reading year, but it’s been the most FUN year! Reading for fun again, training with pure enjoyment instead of feeling like it’s a chore, and building foundational habits that I look forward to completing! The best part has been finding pure joy in the process instead of chasing a result!

Being able to create a lifestyle WITH fitness instead of squeezing fitness into my lifestyle has been a game changer. I still enjoy fun foods and coffees, but I do it with the thought of getting right back on track the next day. No more beating myself up over untracked days (although they’re rare now a days), no more taking a few days which turns into a week to “get back on track”. It’s all about building a foundation that’s easy to return to and look forward to.

times going to pass anyway, but what you do with it matters most ⏰
