Musiqi insanın ruhunun və bədəninin anladığı ən qədim dillərdən biridir. Bəzən sözlə ifadə edə bilmədiyimiz hissləri musiqi bizim yerimizə danışır.

Acı, kədər, qorxu, qəzəb, itki və ya ümidsizlik kimi ağır emosiyalar uzun müddət içimizdə qaldıqda, onlar təkcə psixikamızda deyil, bədənimizdə də gərginlik yaradır.
Musiqi terapiyası bu emosiyaları təhlükəsiz və ekoloji şəkildə yaşamağa imkan verir. O, hissləri boğmağa deyil, onları qəbul edib sağlam şəkildə ifadə etməyə kömək edir.

Səs, ritm, vibrasiya və musiqinin təsiri ilə bədən tədricən yığılmış gərginliyi buraxmağa başlayır. Daxildə sıxışıb qalmış emosiyalar hərəkətə gəlir, sinir sistemi sakitləşir, insan isə öz daxili tarazlığına və gücünə yenidən qovuşur.

Məhz buna görə musiqi terapiyası həyatın ən çətin dövrlərində – stress, emosional tükənmişlik, itki, travma və böyük dəyişikliklər zamanı özünə yardımın ən təsirli üsullarından biri hesab olunur.

Bəzən sağalma sözlərlə deyil, musiqinin toxunduğu yerdən başlayır.

All week long, we absorb the city's hustle and informational noise. It's time to hit pause. 🧘‍♂️🌿

Every weekend at An Healing Space, we create a safe sanctuary for your total reset. The sound of singing bowls and the gong isn't just a beautiful melody. It's a physical vibration that flows through your body, gently releasing muscle tension and dissolving the anxiety accumulated during the workweek.

You don't need any meditation experience. All you need to do is lie down on your mat, close your eyes, and let the sound waves do their magic.

Make high-quality rest your new weekend tradition.
✨ Book your sound therapy session for this weekend and start the new week with a clear mind and a light body.🕉️

Our new musical project is a fusion of diverse genres, ethnic elements, and profound meanings that reconnect us with the origin of all things.

It is music about the unity of opposites — black and white, light and dark, softness and intensity, masculine and feminine — revealing the oneness behind every form of existence.

The lyrics are woven from mantras, original poetry, and the words of great Sufi mystics speaking of the Source, Love, and the deeper meaning of the human journey.

A sound capable of giving you chills, creating an atmosphere of immersion, and guiding you through the depths of inner and unseen worlds.

Performed by Ilhama Babayeva and Alan Katana.

As it is all starts from the Source and first song called - Allahım.

Poem - Ilhama Babayeva.

This is more than music.
It is a state.
It is a journey within.
