Book : Men's Rights Are Human Rights Too
Author: Vivek Singh & Allan Millard

Review : Under the garb of fake feminism people have mistaken equality as maligning the status of men . We can see everywhere ranging from social media to sold out channels to even law of our nation (infact laws across the world for that matter) all are biased against men and highly misandrist in nature. And this manifesto is the need of the hour.

It presents some very accurate details about how things are unfolding currently. As per a recent survey and a detailed report generated as a result more than half of the rape and dowry cases in India are fake . And the worst thing is people cry for justice for woman if she is mistreated but in the case of fake allegation nothing happens to her when she should equally be charged .

In many cases, false rape accusations are simply the result of parents covering up the 'shame' of an unmarried daughter having sex. Research carried out by journalist Rukmini Shrinivasan, who worked for the Hindu newspaper few years ago, revealed that when parents discover their unmarried daughters are in a sexual relationship, their horror at potential 'dishonour' to the family name leads many to make spurious allegations of rape, having first bullied their children into submission.By their logic, saying a daughter has been raped is preferable to people thinking she is sexually active.

It is so hypocritical of people today that though a rape victim's identity is kept secret without knowing whether it is a genuine case or a made up one but on the other hand a man’s identity is revealed when it shouldn't atleast until the trial is over and a verdict has been reached. It would spare innocent men a lot of anguish.

Such books should be written from time to time and should reach the mainstream if we actually have to create a rape free world and realize the true meaning of feminism.
