Heavy single for squats on this fine rave Wednesday 🤭

Haven’t hit this weight since like 3 months ago so it’s good to know I can still get this weight up. The weight loading is crazy looking but my coach didn’t want me to know the weight hehe

175kgs/385lbs for a single 💅🏻

Always good vibes @fightorquitgym 💗

Another Rave Wednesday with some squats 🤭

Not the best reps but we got it done. Shifted a little my second rep but cleaned it up on my second set.

152.5kgs/335.5lbs 2x3

Always love the support from my gym 🥹
