🎶 I'm a Dragon, I'm Dragon, mmm mmm, I'm a Dragon. 🎶 The Reluctant Dragon. "~✨️Dragon✨️~" is how it's listed on my resume (don't check). It's true. Mostly. 🐉 I think I had more fun than the kids in this show. Are you kidding? A tea-drinking, chess-loving, watercolor-painting posh lizard? My type cast. No brain cells were lost in the mounting of this play. Mostly. 🌄 (9 a.m. call times are my enemy) Director - Jason Richards Scenic Designer - Nick Kilgore Costume Designer - Ashley Rutkowski Wig Stylist - Amy Roberts This show and then going to the Chili's with the functional oil pump in the parking lot and getting a 3 for me with dragonfruit lemonade is exactly my idea of a good time.

I don't know a preposition from a predicate - I am just a simple cobbler from Connecticut. And now I confidently know how to spell 'Connecticut'. Mostly. 🪶 Roger Sherman and understudying John Adams kept me quite busy when I wasn't learning more pentameter or crawling on the floor for Hamlet, but it was a BLAST to do my first professional musical. What a show. What a time to do the show. What a group of people to be doing the show with at this time. 1776 gets a bad rap sometimes, but at the end of the day, it's a bunch of really imperfect people trying so hard to do the thing they think is the most right thing they can do in the moment they're in - and that's my favorite kind of play. And I loved it. Mostly. 🦯 (it was just the cane stamping that got old, I swear. The rest I loved 🤪) And Julianne came out for the SOLE PURPOSE of seeing ME! No other reason. She's the best. Come see Twelfth Night at Theatre Memphis!
